Burnout Prevention | Joy after Trauma | Community and Connection | Science-Backed Self Care
Welcome!
I am really glad you are here. After all, none of us can do this work alone.
I am a burnout prevention therapist on a creative mission to make self care more accessible in everyday spaces. I rely on mental health allies, like you, to help make our communities
stronger through coping and connection. I enjoy using behavioral science to help communities boost their own capacity.
Let's build a culture of care together.
In community,
Anna Lindberg Cedar, MPA, LCSW, LICSW
Founder Anna Lindberg Cedar, MPA, LCSW, LICSW will meet with you to discuss your options.
"Anna has the intangible skills that help individuals feel really LISTENED to. I feel that therapy is often about goodness of fit--that is--feeling comfortable and safe with your clinician. Anna makes ME feel safe. She has a deft touch with people and she's not afraid to ask hard questions or sit with pain and sadness."

She prioritizes continued learning and growth, and is eager to share her bounty of resources and tools with our group. Anna is reflective on how she moves through the world, personally and professionally, and is mindful of how her social identity and location impacts her work. “Back in 2020, when the Community Foundation was doing some emergency grants to non profit organizations in our region, we received a
grant application from an organization that provides direct service,” recalled Susie Nelson, executive director of the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley. “And they were asking for funding for
mental health treatments for the own employees. And that became a light bulb moment for us.”
So the CFOV decided to do something to help the helpers.
They learned how to recognize their reactions to stress and how to develop coping strategies.
And they learned that self care is vital so they can stay strong to be able to continue helping others."
