SXSW 2023 Burnout Prevention For Changemakers 

Workshops For Real Life led a 90 minute interactive workshop with international leaders across design, technology, public affairs, entertainment, and many other interdisciplinary sectors to plan strategic burnout prevention for themselves and their teams. 

 

SXSWEDU 2024 Teaching The Teacher Burnout Prevention

More than 150 educators gathered to discuss personal and systemic factors contributing to burnout in their field. Workshops For Real Life facilitated a treasure hunt of wise self-care practices as educators networked and traded experiences with effective burnout prevention practices and systems of care.
