Do we have to walk?

Nope, of course not. We can make use of any of the options that feel comfortable to both of us on that particular day. We can stroll leaisurely at our own pace, we can sit on a bench in a beautiful place, or even make our own little picnic and enjoy a view. Walk and talk therapy is our own to design, one that should build comfort and connection, through a carefully curated outdoor space.

What about, you know... Weather?!

Weather in Minnesota can be quite exciting(!) and unpredicatble(!) Walk and talk therapy requires flexibility to adjust to the weather, smoke warnings, or any other reason that would make meeting outdoors unfeasible. We will intermingle telehealth sessions between walk and talk sessions to find the right balance for you. Some folks do one-time walk and talk sessions. Other folks may desire an ongoing routine of walk and talk sessions, or alternately with telehealth and season.
